This is a solo consulting site. It's small on purpose. Here's every category of personal data it touches, how it uses it, and how you get rid of it.

What the site collects

The public pages (the home page and the report pages) collect nothing beyond the request logs Cloudflare keeps for its own security and performance purposes. No analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by this site.

The booking page at /book collects — only when you fill out and submit the form:

  • Your name and email address (required to create a calendar invite)
  • Your company or role (optional)
  • The meeting topic you enter (optional)
  • Your browser's timezone (auto-detected, used to show slots in your local time and to note it in the internal notification)

How that data is used

  • To create a calendar event on Francois Greffard's Google Calendar with you as an attendee and a Google Meet link.
  • To send you the standard Google Calendar invite email (delivered by Google, not by this site).
  • To send Francois an internal notification email summarizing the booking (name, email, company, topic, timezone).

That's the entire lifecycle. The data isn't sold, isn't shared for advertising, and isn't used to build any profile of you.

Where the data lives

  • Google Calendar — the event with you as attendee (governed by Google's privacy policy).
  • Gmail — the internal notification email in Francois's inbox.
  • Cloudflare D1 — a private database Francois controls, on Cloudflare infrastructure. Stores a backup copy of each booking (name, email, company, timezone, meeting topic, time slot, event links) so a record survives if a calendar event is lost. Not shared with anyone; not used for marketing or profiling.
  • Cloudflare KV — stores OAuth refresh tokens for Google and Microsoft so the widget can check availability. No guest data is stored in KV.

The widget also reads (read-only) Francois's Outlook calendar to know when he's busy. It doesn't read the content of your emails or events at either provider.

Retention

Your booking stays on the Google Calendar and in the Cloudflare D1 backup until Francois deletes it or Google's own retention rules apply. Cloudflare request logs follow Cloudflare's retention policy.

Deleting your data

Email greffardfrancois@gmail.com. The event on the calendar, the internal notification email, and any copy of your submission will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The /admin/booking page uses sessionStorage (a browser-local key that clears when you close the tab) to remember the admin token during a session; that's only for Francois's own use and doesn't apply to visitors.
